NickWorks IT Support specialises in supporting your home computing. Most people run into computer problems at some time or other, and it can be VERY frustrating.
Nick is very experienced at dealing with computer problems. Viruses, strange warning messages, hardware failures, slow computers, failure to start at all – Nick has seen it all before and will quickly get things back and running smoothly and cheaply.
Work is normally done by remote access, and if you are not already set up for this, that will be the first step. Instructions are below. Where remote access can’t solve the problem, I ask people to bring the machine to my workshop for repair, and to collect it when the job is finished.

Rather than paying for computer support when it is needed, the NickWorks Bronze Service provides you with continuing support. This is great value at just £50 per year. This covers all the computers and printers in one household.
Any required labour charges will be covered by that single payment – remote support, telephone support, or time spent in the workshop if needed. The only extras would be charges for parts or software licences if needed.
If the total amount of time spent in carrying out work under a Bronze Service Plan (within any one year) exceeds 10 hours, then NickWorks reserves the right to charge for further work at the normal hourly rate of £25/hour.
